Overview
Kerem Gülay completed his LL.B at Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law and then pursued his LL.M in International Law at Leiden University. Between 2011 and 2016, he obtained his PhD (J.S.D) degree as a Fulbright scholar at Cornell University.
